Position Overview

Our Huntsville title company is seeking a professional and dependable Temporary Receptionist to provide front-desk coverage for a two-week period. This role serves as the face of the office, managing the initial experience for homebuyers, sellers, and real estate professionals during the closing process.

Core Responsibilities

  • Greeting & Hospitality: Welcoming clients and visitors as they arrive for property closings and appointments.

  • Communication Management: Answering a multi-line phone system, taking detailed messages, and routing calls to Escrow Officers and Title Agents.

  • Document Handling: Receiving and distributing sensitive legal documents, earnest money checks, and overnight mail packages.

  • Closing Room Maintenance: Maintaining the professional appearance of closing rooms, ensuring they are reset and stocked after each signing.

  • Clerical Support: Assisting the administrative team with scanning files, light data entry, and document organization to maintain a smooth workflow.
