We are seeking a Credit Analyst for a national title insurance company based in Irving, TX.

Role Overview

As a Credit Analyst, you will be a vital link in the mortgage underwriting process. You will conduct thorough credit investigations and analyze financial information to ensure accuracy for our clients. This role provides critical operational support by verifying and updating credit data through the credit report supplement process.

Schedule & Training

  • Training Hours: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM CST

  • Standard Shift: 9:30 AM 6:00 PM CST

  • Class Start Date: June 1, 2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed credit investigations and analyze loan-related financial data.

  • Update and verify credit information at the request of clients to support underwriting.

  • Provide high-level operational support to the production team during the credit supplement process.

  • Maintain data integrity and meet production timelines in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements:

  • Proven background in credit analysis and experience working in a call center environment.

  • High school diploma required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

  • Ability to update and verify complex credit information with high attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience within the mortgage industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong communication skills to effectively support the production team and external clients.
