We are seeking a Recording Clerk for a national title insurance company based in St. Louis.
You will be responsible for supporting real estate transactions by performing a range of essential administrative and technical duties. This onsite position requires a detail-oriented professional who can navigate the complexities of title processes to ensure the accurate and timely recording of real estate documents.
Core Responsibilities

Identify, review, and prepare recordable documents in accordance with state and county requirements.

Utilize electronic recording platforms to facilitate the submission and tracking of legal documents.

Ensure all state/county-specific forms are completed accurately to meet strict jurisdictional guidelines.

Assist the title team and branch offices in maintaining a high-volume workflow while ensuring error-free output.

Drive excellence by meeting internal and external Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to support a seamless closing experience.
Experience & Technical Knowledge

1–2 years of experience within the title insurance or mortgage industry is highly preferred.

Deep understanding of state and county recording requirements, guidelines, and necessary legal forms.

Direct experience using electronic recording platforms.

Ability to recognize and differentiate various types of recordable real estate documents.
