We are seeking a Quality Review Specialist to serve as a critical gatekeeper for our residential and commercial escrow services. In this role, you will be responsible for the final integrity of real estate transactions, including resales, new construction, refinances, and relocations.

Your primary mission is to review signed loan and title documents for 100% accuracy and resolve post-closing issues during the high-stakes rescission period. The ideal candidate balances speed with extreme attention to detail to ensure seamless loan disbursement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively monitor and prioritize a high-volume loan pipeline to consistently meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.

  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of critical document sets to verify fund collection, signatures, legal descriptions, and notary acknowledgments.

  • Take full ownership of identifying and resolving document defects by collaborating with borrowers, notaries, underwriters, and fulfillment partners.

  • Act as a central point of contact, providing real-time status updates to local offices, signing providers, and internal/external partners.

  • Prepare and audit ALTA Settlement Statements in tandem with Closing Disclosures and other essential closing paperwork.

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of lender guidelines and mortgage recording requirements to minimize operational loss.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in title processing/closing, financial post-closing, or real estate loan documentation.

  • Strong understanding of transactional standards and the ability to apply statutory requirements to nonstandard situations.

  • Solid skills in Microsoft Word and Excel; ability to quickly learn proprietary escrow/title software.

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive financial and personal information with total discretion.

  • A professional demeanor with a "client-first" approach to problem-solving.

Education & Certifications

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Notary Public commission or industry-specific certifications (e.g., ALTA) are a plus but not required.
