Job Title: Title Insurance Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Title Insurance Sales Representative to join a well established and highly respected title company. This role focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate professionals while promoting a full range of title and escrow services. The ideal candidate is relationship driven, knowledgeable in the real estate transaction process, and eager to grow within a stable, reputable organization.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with real estate agents, lenders, attorneys, builders, and other referral partners
Promote title insurance, escrow, and settlement services to existing and prospective clients
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the assigned territory
Serve as a trusted resource to clients throughout the transaction process
Coordinate with internal escrow and title teams to ensure smooth and timely closings
Attend industry events, networking functions, and client meetings
Track sales activity and maintain accurate records in CRM systems
Stay informed on industry trends, compliance standards, and market conditions

Qualifications
Previous experience in title insurance, escrow, or real estate related sales
Established book of business or strong local market relationships preferred
Solid understanding of the title and escrow process
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
Self motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory
Professional demeanor and customer focused mindset
Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally
