We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Analyst to join our team in Garden Grove.
This role focuses on conducting credit reviews, verifying borrower information, and supporting the mortgage underwriting process. The Credit Analyst also assists the production team by ensuring accuracy throughout the credit report supplement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from consumers and clients, providing issue resolution and support

  • Communicate with customers to address inquiries and resolve concerns

  • Perform data entry, document preparation, and other word-processing tasks

  • Research and verify information online to complete client verification requests

  • Review credit files to identify missing or inaccurate data and update as needed

  • Support day-to-day operations between 8:30 AM 5:00 PM (PST)

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in credit analysis, reporting, or call center environments

  • Background in mortgage, loan servicing, or banking preferred

  • Proficient in computer and basic office software skills

  • Ability to type at least 25 words per minute

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
