Title Processor

Location: Summerfield, FL (On-site)

Overview:
A busy title company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Title Processor to support the team in preparing and coordinating real estate closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing smooth and efficient closing experiences for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Open and manage title orders from contract to closing.

• Review contracts, title commitments, and supporting documentation for accuracy.

• Obtain and verify payoffs, HOA statements, and lien searches.

• Communicate with agents, lenders, and clients to collect required information.

• Work closely with closers and escrow officers to prepare files for settlement.

• Ensure all documents are compliant and properly filed before closing.

Qualifications:

• 1 2 years of experience as a Title Processor or similar role in a title or escrow office.

• Knowledge of title insurance, settlement statements, and real estate documentation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with title software such as SoftPro, ResWare, or RamQuest.

• Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.
