What You'll Do

  • Lead digital projects from start to finish, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

  • Partner with leadership to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for our digital services.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and vendors to create exceptional user experiences.

  • Analyze market trends, member feedback, and performance data to guide decisions.

  • Identify risks and adjust plans to keep projects on track.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations like ADA, GDPR, and data security requirements.

  • Advocate for our members at every stage of the project lifecycle.
