Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Escrow Branch Manager to lead our Title & Escrow operations. In this role, you will oversee branch operations, manage a high-performing team, and ensure the successful execution of real estate transactions. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the escrow branch, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor a team of escrow officers, assistants, and staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Manage a portfolio of complex escrow transactions, including residential, commercial, and builder closings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor branch performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve escalated issues or challenges in transactions promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the branch meets or exceeds revenue targets while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Title & Escrow operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of real estate transactions, title insurance, and escrow processes.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve goals and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with escrow software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Notary Public designation preferred but not required.
