We are seeking an engaging, bright, polished Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join the team of a National Title Insurance Company in Riverside.
If exceptional customer service is your specialty and you enjoy being the "Welcoming Committee " of the office, then this is the role for you!

Job Duties :
  • Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area
  • Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Administrative support
  • Order supplies and maintain organized office setting.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years experience preferred
  • Telephone Skills
  • Verbal Communication
  • Microsoft Office Skills
  • Resware software knowledge is a plus.
  • Real Estate knowledge is preferred, but not required.
