Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Post Closer/Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of post-closing documents, facilitating the timely recording of documents, and maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify the accuracy of all closing documents for completeness and compliance with legal standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and submit documents for recording with appropriate county and state offices.
  • Coordinate with title officers, lenders, and other stakeholders to resolve any post-closing issues or discrepancies.
  • Ensure all documents are recorded and returned to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all post-closing activities and documentation.
  • Assist with the preparation of final title policies and ensure they are delivered to the appropriate parties.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and internal team members to provide updates and address inquiries.
  • Perform quality control checks on all post-closing files to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Stay informed about changes in industry regulations and standards related to title and post-closing processes.
  • Assist with other administrative and clerical duties as needed.


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in real estate, finance, or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a post-closing, title, or escrow role is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions, title insurance, and post-closing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and title/escrow software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
