Job Summary: The Install Manager oversees end-to-end project execution, from installation request to final inspection. Responsibilities include scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating manufacturing and installation processes. The role is a liaison between project management, quality and manufacturing, and installation crews to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide solutions to Project Managers and meet deadlines
  • Manage projects and budgets from installation requests through permits and installation
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project completion
  • Track jobs through reports and internal software
  • Maintain profit margins and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and staff
  • Perform site visits and investigations professionally
  • Manage direct reports, including performance assessments and safety compliance

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • OSHA 30 Certification
  • Five years of relevant professional work experience, with sign or construction expertise
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
