Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
Set and communicate sales goals, ensuring regular updates to C-level executives on progress.
Establish and manage a process and funnel for client outreach, onboarding, and expansion.
Implement and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems and guidelines to foster strong customer relationships.
Utilize existing relationships to drive company deal flow and revenue.
Collaborate effectively with various teams, including Underwriting, Finance, and Marketing.
Demonstrate professional and effective communication with all levels of management, employees, and customers through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
Qualifications Required:
At least 2 years of relevant sales experience, including sales records as a sales development representative.
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Proficient in analytical and quantitative skills, leveraging data and metrics to support recommendations and drive actions.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
