Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Escrow Officer to manage and coordinate real estate escrow transactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of escrow procedures and legal requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire escrow process from opening to closing.
  • Review and ensure accuracy of purchase agreements, contracts, and related documents.
  • Collaborate with buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents for a smooth closing process.
  • Prepare and distribute escrow instructions and required documents.
  • Maintain compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain organized escrow files and generate reports as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as an Escrow Officer in real estate or title industry.
  • Strong knowledge of escrow processes and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using escrow software and tools.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Certification as a Certified Escrow Officer (a plus).
