Feel the reward of being part on enhancing our border town and apply today! JobTracks is seeking a Civil Professional Engineer Project Manager - Site Development that will specialize in developing parts of El Paso, TX as it continues to expand.

  • Oversee site designs for industrial, commercial, retail, residential, and institutional buildings and structures
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, developers, city departments, government officials, technicians, and other professionals
  • In charge of proposals, scopes, fees, and record-keeping
  • Guide and enforce government regulations and check for compliance ensuring there are no violations with building codes or laws in local, state, or federal level
  • Supervise and propose design functionality in areas of utilities, site elements, grading, and drainage
  • Manage and lead design with other engineers and technicians
  • Be part of the community and be an advocate in civil or professional organizations
  • In charge of surveying support
  • Other job duties necessary for completion of project
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering 
  • P.E. registration in TX
  • Minimum 8-10 years experience in similar role
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiar with AutoCAD Civil3D and ArcGIS software systems
  • Previous work experience and knowledgeable in entitlements, permitting, and construction management
  • Previous work experience in site planning with SWP3s, commercial/residential/ site grading, drainage, hydrology and hydraulics analysis,  and water supply, sewer and wastewater design.
