Senior Associate Attorney

Responsibilities:
- Performs administrative duties as necessary including filing, mailing, organizes files and pleadings
- Interviews witnesses for court cases and prepares witnesses to testify
- Execute Firm's procedures and standards
- Shall promptly appear in court on all cases assigned
- Develop/recommend case strategy
- Report on hearing, depositions, appearances
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years experience
- Experience has to be verifiable
- Book of busines is a plus
- Need to have done defense attorney
- Has taken depositions
- Worked cases independently
- Worked on mediation
- Effective time management
- Knowledge of workers' comp law
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
