ROLE

The Paralegal will help oversee daily operation of the internal customer service center for the company's CaseClients legal marketing division. The candidate will also act as a liaison between our internal call center and the company's law firm clients. Responsibilities include onboarding and implementation of new law firm clients, scheduling consultations with prospective claimants, and utilizing the company's CRM to optimize the team and manage sales funnels. Candidate must have a high level of professionalism, be detail-oriented, and have strong relationship building and communication skills. A passion for client experience and helping people is required.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Help onboard Legal advertisers in personal injury and mass tort
  2. Review client documents such as fee agreements and intake scripts for accuracy and coordinate implementation with sales and tech teams
  3. Correspond with potential claimants to complete intake forms
  4. Oversee the internal call center for client needs and team optimization
  5. Provide ongoing feedback to the Sales team to optimize lead quality and intake completion
  6. Assist in developing reports on claimant sales funnels
  7. Represent CaseClients at tradeshows and on-site at clients/partners as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
  1. 1+ year experience doing intake management/case management in any of the legal fields of personal injury, mass torts, and/or class actions
  2. Strong organizational, verbal, written, and in-person communication skills are required
  3. Deep knowledge of MS Office and Excel
  4. Knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot and Aircall
  5. Superior communication skills via phone, email and skype to help manage and analyze client business
  6. Must be able to work independently and manage up to drive results
  7. Thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  8. Ability to show empathy and patience with a genuine desire to help people who are going through difficult times
