A leading luxury real estate brokerage company specializing in high-end homes has an immediate opening for a highly motivated Director of Sales and Operations.

Your Qualifications
Must be a licensed real estate sale agent in California.  An additional license in New York is a plus.
Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a licensed sales agent in California, preferably in the luxury real estate market.
At minimum, a Bachelors degree is required, preferably in marketing, advertising, business management or communications.  A Graduate degree is preferred.
Must be highly proficient in MS Word and Excel.      
 
Your Role and Responsibilities
This position will direct and oversee all of our sales policies, objectives, and initiatives.  Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Marketing:  Develop and implement marketing plans designed to address each specific property and client; enhance property appeal to potential buyers; prepare listing presentations; prepare marketing materials in print and online; stage houses where appropriate; schedule showings and host open houses; work with marketing and design teams; advise on sales and list prices; generate leads, find and follow up with potential buyers
  • Acquisitions :  Research and locate potential properties for purchase; advise QUIGG on suitable opportunities for development; understand and be an expert on the relevant real estate markets, including comparable properties, values, restrictions, etc.
  • Sales Transactions:  List properties for sale; preparing and present offers and counter offers; negotiate contracts; review final agreements; advise our policies regarding each transaction; navigate each transaction through close of property; research comparable properties and advise on the same; advise on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters; confer with escrow companies, title companies, lenders, inspectors, etc. to ensure all terms and conditions are met before closing; coordinate and oversee signing of documents and disbursements of funds respond to buyers' inquiries re construction work, repairs, appraisals, financing, maintenance, etc.
  • Disclosures:  Provide full disclosures of material matters in each transaction; conduct agent's inspection of property
  • Business Development:  Protect and promote our interests and brand; keep abreast of market through property listings, trade journals, attending events, etc.; develop networks of other agents, attorneys, lenders, and others in the industry; create and cultivate relationships with buyers and sellers for future purchases and transactions

Compensation
Up to 20% above current salary – We are looking for the best and brightest candidates only.
Schedule
24-7 text/email availability is required and you must be able to respond to emails within 2 hours on evenings and weekends, although regular hours are usually only 8am to 6pm, Monday thru Friday plus approximately two or three weekend days a month. You will be on call at all hours to deal with any emergencies that may arise and must be ready without question.
Job Location
You will be based in Century City, California, working on projects throughout the Los Angeles area.
