Job Description

We are hiring an Intake Specialist to gather customer information. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with potential clients through various channels.
  • Add/modify information about potential clients.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions and comments.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
  • Comfortable using computers.
  • Experience working with customer support.
