Office Coordinator (10-15% of duties)
Reception area (mostly vendors only in person)/Answers Multi-line phones
General office print/scans/emails
Coordinates/assists with other departments with questions regarding customers or projects
Coordinates EE/Vendor events/lunches

Sales support (10% of duties)
Creates bids, proposals for sales reps based on their write up and using the company database to research pricing
Create and Manage Sales Opportunities for Sales Reps in Salesforce
Follow up with Customers as needed to support Sales Staff to provide documentation and get signed approvals.
Coordinates with Production Team as needed to support the Sales staff and the daily operation.
Communicates with Sales teams via phone, email and Salesforce when additional information or documents are needed.
Responsible for interbranch material transfer process.
Collect Month End Fuel information, enter data and compile reports monthly.
Ensures compliance to SOX Audit Requirements.

Production Support (75-80% of duties)
Review and setup all new customer orders create folder, identify material needs
Order Fireplace materials and job supplies match and scan receiving paperwork to AP Dept
Assist Production Managers with printing Work Orders in our job software for scheduled work
Review all completed work orders daily for accuracy and against customer order
Scan to Data Entry department indicate readiness for billing
Prepare Vehicle reports and Safety tailgate meeting materials collect and scan signed copies
Identify special costing items to be allocated to job specific projects
Assist with Inventory counting to ensure accuracy
Communicate with sales and other departments as needed for job progress
