- Accounting Department Supervision
- Ad hoc Assignments
- A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of real estate property accounting experience.
- Core knowledge of audit, lease abstract preparation, budget preparation, loan administration, and payroll coordination.
- Supervision of Accounting Department.
- Stable employment record.
- CPA credential is a significant plus.
