  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of real estate property accounting experience.
  • Core knowledge of audit, lease abstract preparation, budget preparation, loan administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Supervision of Accounting Department.
  • Stable employment record.
  • CPA credential is a significant plus.
