  • Assist with company events and activities
  • Assist with Safety Program (OSHA/DOT)
  • Coordinate and resolve office and warehouse issues including maintenance
  • Update any contracts related to offices, rentals, and other equipment
  • Ensure safety regulations compliance
  • Recordkeeping of company properties
  • Office admin duties such as office supply requests by other departments
  • Assist receptionist with greeting clients, in person and phone calls
  • Facilities inspections
  • Prepare any documentation regarding licenses, contracts, and compliance documentation 
  • Ad hoc duties
  • Office admin experience
  • Associates degree in Administration or related field, Bachelor's preferred
  • Bilingual English and Japanese
  • Excellent organization, communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills
  • Mon - Fri 8 AM to 5 PM. OT As needed
