Responsibilities:
Campaign management
Execute and manage media campaigns within clients' parameters.
Assist in media planning to meet campaign goals and negotiate with media vendors
Analyze and optimize media campaigns to ensure KPI delivery with a senior buyer's oversight

Campaign Liaison to media vendor representatives:
Responsible for sending broadcast orders and revisions and responding to station/network vendors' needs in a timely manner.
Contact media vendors for logs (airing times for TV and Radio advertisements) and pacing reports, and responsible for pre and post log entry.
Handle traffic requests

Billing and accounting support:
Handle credit requests and manage invoice discrepancies with accounting

Qualifications:
We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, hardworking professional with excellent communication and time management skills.

At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a media industry
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
Demonstrated strong project management skills and organization: the ability to multi-task and work on several campaigns at once.
Microsoft Excel proficiency (able to make pivot tables and write basic functions)
Basic computer skills in MS Office, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Has a sense of urgency and pace to complete multiple assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Highly dependable, meticulous attention to detail and follow through.
Successfully adapts to changing priorities and works well under pressure.
