Responsibilities for Full Charge Bookkeeper include (but are not limited to):
*Reconcile bank and credit card statements
*Monitor and process payables
*Enter deposits and maintain daily bank balances
*Analyze general ledger accounts and make double-sided adjusting entries
*Fulfill client inquiries and requests
*Medical Insurance reimbursements
*Other duties as assigned
Qualifications for Full Charge Bookkeeper:
*Associate's Degree or higher in a related field (e.g. accounting and/or business)
*Must be bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese.
*Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting or business management setting
*Must be able to do double sided journal entries
*Must be proficient with Quickbooks
*Time management and organizational skills
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*Must be able to multitask
