Escrow Assistant -Closing Disclosure Specialist

As an Escrow Assistant and Closing Document Coordinator, you will be working within a collaborative team to prepare documents for our settlements and ensuring they fund on time.

The Role:

  • Aggressively work with lenders to obtain funding approvals for our settlements on a daily basis

  • Keep our team's queue well-organized

  • Prepare preliminary figures for settlements so lenders can meet their disclosure deadlines

  • Communicate with lenders to ensure our client is delivering documentation needed to stay on track for loan settlements

  • Create and QC documents for our settlements with a keen eye for detail

Skills and Experience:

  • At least one year of title industry experience is preferred.

  • Qualia, Tableau, GSuite knowledge is helpful.

  • General knowledge of residential loan documents

  • Experience preparing settlement statements and closing documents is preferred

  • A Multi-Tasker: You are able to work with high-level multi-tasking skills and prioritize in a fast-paced constantly changing environment. You also have the ability to balance the workload to accommodate the demands of the job and exceed customer expectations

  • Excellent communication skills: When communicating, you hit the point from the get-go and deliver your message in a succinct manner

  • Tech-savvy: You're comfortable with technology and learn new programs quickly
