Escrow Assistant -Closing Disclosure Specialist

As an Escrow Assistant and Closing Document Coordinator, you will be working within a collaborative team to prepare documents for our settlements and ensuring they fund on time.
Aggressively work with lenders to obtain funding approvals for our settlements on a daily basis
Keep our team's queue well-organized
Prepare preliminary figures for settlements so lenders can meet their disclosure deadlines
Communicate with lenders to ensure our client is delivering documentation needed to stay on track for loan settlements
Create and QC documents for our settlements with a keen eye for detail
Skills and Experience:
At least one year of title industry experience is preferred.
Qualia, Tableau, GSuite knowledge is helpful.
General knowledge of residential loan documents
Experience preparing settlement statements and closing documents is preferred
