SUMMARY
- To support the Credit Union’s mission/vision, corporate values and service guarantee
- Performs to the standards that meet or exceed the Credit Union and divisional objectives and to fulfill the expectations of all internal and external customers
- Represents the Credit Union in a professional and responsive manner and promotes team participation on departmental and organizational levels

- High school or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of the credit union/financial industry
- Advanced knowledge of consumer loan products, rates and terms
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of loan processing and credit fundamentals
- 3 years combined credit union / banking experience to include 1 to 2 years routine consumer loan processing experience or equivalent
- Process and Fund Consumer, Indirect and Solar loan requests
- Process daily Consumer, Indirect, Solar Loan Quality Control and Servicing for branch and Call
- Center funded loans
- Performs Quality Control on all retail packages for compliance with policies, procedures and
- loan underwriter stipulations
- Ensures all required documents are completed properly and signed where necessary
- Established qualifications for new members and opens new accounts
- Updates dealer partners daily on contract requirements for funding
- By calling dealership promotes new programs and rates
- Performs well under high loan volume/pressure
- Must be able to handle demanding dealer customer
- Supports balancing department General Ledger accounts daily
- Completes, communicates and tracks Consumer Loan Feedback write ups for individual SRO’s and RO’s and branches
- Completes monthly Consumer Loan Quality Control summary reports for branches and Departments
- Assist with processing Consumer Loan Servicing (CLS) requests
- Assists branch employees with matters relating to all consumer loan products
- Support the daily phone queue help lines. Identifies staff training needs and provides feedback to Consumer
- Lending Administrator, as needed
- Track and communicate all outstanding branch and department funded loan files and lending Applications
- Process Consumer Loan payoff exceptions, including insurance settlements and adjustments as Necessary
- Provides quality member service for internal/external customers
- Provides back up support loan Work-Outs/Judgment and CPI audits for Financial Solutions
- Adhere to company policy and procedure, complete annual compliance training, comply with business continuity and vendor management policy
- These are crucial to the success of the organization and have regulatory compliance and/or safety and soundness for the sustainability of the credit unión
- Comply with all Anti Money Laundering laws such as the Bank Secrecy Act, OFAC and USA
- PATRIOT Act and all related policies and procedures including accurate Member/Customer
- Identification Program, member due diligence, accurate OFAC match processing, and reporting unusual activities and suspected fraud
- Performs other duties as assigned
