Looking for an experienced Disclosure Specialist for a mortgage company in San Diego, CA.
As a Disclosure Specialist some of your responsibilities may include:
  • Review initial GFE file submissions
  • Review checklist to make sure all applicable fees are in compliance
  • Verify that all disclosures have been sent
  • Resend any applicable re-disclosures to Borrower/Loan Officer/Broker
  • Continually working all old and new GFE file submissions
  • Follow up on missing items
  • Verify findings with Sales Professionals
  • Email and/or call all Sales Professionals with notifications of status and current turn times
  • Pull lock report for re-disclosure
  • Follow up on missing minimum submission requirements
Disclosure Specialist Skills/Knowledge/Behaviors:
  • 2+ recent years of mortgage industry experience
  • Committed to delivering a superior level of customer services
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, verbally and written
  • Keen attention to detail

  • Experience with Word, Excel, IDS, Datatrac, and ENCOMPASS
