Jobtracks is seeking a Sr. SAP Functional Configuration Specialist to design, and develop complex Order-to-Cash solutions with SAP CRM & ECC. Configure transaction types which include items categories, copy control, partner determination, text management and action processing with regards to specific defects/enhancements. Configure CRM Web UI which includes business roles, navigation bar profile and linking business role to organization model. Perform detailed system analysis in order to develop functional and technical specifications for applications on the SAP system. Work on performance improvement analysis along with Basis team in multiple areas such as sales order processing, sales order search and product search by capturing HTTP watch and ST12 traces. Requirement gathering by interacting with business users to understand the requirements and translate them to functional design documents. Configure territory management functionality in SAP CRM and translate the requirements to build custom solution for territory management in SAP ECC. Work on deployments for CRM sales order management and integration of the solution with ECC, APO and SAP GTS.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree or higher or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or closely related. Qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience as a Senior Consultant, Consultant – SAP CRM, or closely related, working with the following tools and technologies: SAP CRM, SAP SD, SAP APO, SAP ECC, and SAP Web UI. Qualified candidate must have at least 5 years (60 months) of experience with (a) SAP implementation/support experience in sales and distribution environment, (b) configuration of transaction types including item categories, copy control, partner determination, and related transaction profiles, (c) configuration of territory management and integration with sales orders in CRM/ECC, (d) configuration of CRM Web UI which includes business roles, screen configuration, and technical role configuration, (e) troubleshooting CRM UI issues by capturing and analyzing HTTP watch traces, and (f) developing functional and technical design specifications by performing detailed system analysis. All experience may be gained concurrently.
